Once again we will be having fixed
dates for play in our club championships this year. The dates
for each event are shown below. If you enter an event, you will
be advised in writing of the time of your first match (the date
being one of those indicated below). The times and dates of subsequent
rounds will be shown on the draw sheets in the Summerhouse.

Any entrant who cannot play at the scheduled
time may with the agreement of their opponent reschedule their match
to an earlier date or time. If this is not possible, then the player
who is unable to play their match at the scheduled time will be liable
to be scratched from the tournament.
